- Tourism Business License (SIUP Pariwisata): We hold a valid, top-tier tourism business license issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf), authorizing us to conduct tour and travel operations nationwide.
- Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP): Our company is a registered taxpayer and is fully compliant with all regulations set forth by the Indonesian Directorate General of Taxes (Direktorat Jenderal Pajak).
Marine & Operational Safety

- Vessel Seaworthiness & Permitting: Every vessel in our portfolio holds a valid Certificate of Seaworthiness (Surat Kelaiklautan Kapal) and is fully compliant with the safety standards of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation (Ditjen Hubla). For every single voyage, a Port Clearance Certificate (Surat Persetujuan Berlayar – SPB) is obtained from the local harbormaster (Syahbandar), confirming the vessel is fit to sail.
- Crew Certification & Welfare: All captains and officers hold the appropriate maritime licenses (Ahli Nautika Tingkat I/II/III). All crew members are certified in Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW), including basic safety, first aid, and firefighting. Furthermore, all crew are legally employed and covered by national health (BPJS Kesehatan) and social security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) insurance.
- Emergency Preparedness & Response: Our vessels are equipped with modern safety and communication equipment, including EPIRB, satellite phones, radar, and GPS. We have detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all potential emergencies, and our crew conducts regular drills.
